🏛️ Institutional Status & Licensure Clarification

GEA University is a fully online religious institution of higher education, organized and incorporated in the state of Florida. As a religious institution that does not maintain a physical campus, instructional site, or administrative office within the state, all academic programs and administrative functions are conducted remotely through digital platforms.

In accordance with current guidance from the Florida Department of Education and applicable provisions of Florida Statutes Chapter 1005, religious institutions that are domestically based in Florida but operate exclusively online without a physical presence in the state are not subject to licensure or exemption filing with the Florida Commission for Independent Education (CIE).

GEA University of San Marco operates in full compliance with these provisions and does not require state licensure or exemption approval to provide its educational services.
